Job Summary
As an MA Service Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our catering operations and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, managing the coat check, and providing barback support to our bartenders.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up, maintaining, and breaking down service stations
- Manage the coat check, ensuring the safe storage and retrieval of guests' belongings
- Provide barback support, including stocking and maintaining the bar area
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a catering or event setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Working Conditions
This is a temporary position that will involve working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. The work may require standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying items, and the ability to navigate a busy catering setting.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a target pay rate of $19 per hour.
