Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operate light-duty machine tools & equipment such as small lathes, power mills, extruding machines, drills or punch presses, power brakes, shears or saws
  • Load & unload parts onto machine and fixtures from pallets or containers, use hand-tools, ratchets, air tools or other devices to secure parts and fixtures
  • Use hoist, pallet jacks or forklift to move parts, material and containers to and from storage areas

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required, ability to read & write English required
  • Passing results on background check & drug screen required
  • 1+ years relevant experience required, ability to reach up to 50 inches, lift up to 30 lbs. and apply up to 30 lbs. of torque to ratchets to load & unload parts on machine required
  • Availability & willingness to work overtime as required
  • Physicality to navigate busy production environment & stand for long periods
  • Self-starter attitude, strong attention to detail and safety-conscious

 ***This is a 4-5 month temporary-to-permanent position, all of our agency's temporary workers become eligible for medical & other voluntary coverage benefit plans including dental & vision insurance at 60 days worked.
