Machine Operator
Job Description
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- Keep materials and products moving to maintain steady workflow
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments using hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after your shift
- Complete required production and quality paperwork accurately
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to lift and carry 20–45 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable standing and moving for 10–12 hour shifts
- Able to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed throughout the day
- Experience with high-speed production machinery is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
