Job Title: Machine Operator – Production Team

Ready to build a career in manufacturing? We’re looking for dependable, hands-on Machine Operators who enjoy fast-paced environments and take pride in quality work. If you’re safety-minded, reliable, and eager to grow, this is a great opportunity to join a strong production team.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor production line equipment
  • Keep materials and products moving to maintain steady workflow
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments using hand tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after your shift
  • Complete required production and quality paperwork accurately
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to lift and carry 20–45 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable standing and moving for 10–12 hour shifts
  • Able to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed throughout the day
  • Experience with high-speed production machinery is a plus
  • Forklift experience is a plus
