Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup. The Machine Operator controls the line speeds and production rates, starting and stopping equipment to ensure product quality and safety. The Machine Operator is also responsible for completing all paperwork and proper documentation.
The pay is $19.00-$20.75 per hour, depending on shift, working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday, with overtime on Saturday. 2nd shift begins at 3:00 pm-4:00 pm; 3rd shift begins at 10:00pm.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience operating machinery in manufacturing setting
- Ability to communicate and write clearly in English and/or Spanish
- Frequently move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Uses hands and eyes to operate and assess the performance of machinery
