Job Description

Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain safety, quality, and time standards while performing varying assignments daily.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure a safe work environment at all times.
  • Operate complex manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs and Control Plans.
  • Read and interpret Discrete Job Routing Sheets.
  • Perform required quality checks.
  • Complete necessary computer transactions and paperwork.
  • Maintain established production standards.
  • Meet personal and departmental team goals.
  • Demonstrate capability to learn and operate in several different departments after required training.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
  • Proficiency in operating multiple processes.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • BG/DT Required
