Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will operate a variety of manufacturing equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures, while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards. Each day may bring new assignments, so flexibility and a willingness to learn are key.
First and Third Shift Available! 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times.
  • Operate complex manufacturing equipment following detailed procedures and control plans.
  • Read and interpret Discrete Job Routing Sheets accurately.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections as required.
  • Complete necessary documentation and computer transactions.
  • Meet or exceed established production goals.
  • Contribute to both individual and team performance objectives.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in Machine Operation or Packaging.  
  • Ideal candidates will have a track record of reliability and long-term commitment in previous positions, reflecting a strong work ethic and dedication to team success.
  • Proven ability to operate multiple processes efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new processes and adapt to change.
