Job Description

Machine Operator
At our state-of-the-art production facility, we are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of workforce management solutions and medical technology products, our company is dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality products and services to our valued customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various types of industrial machinery and equipment. Your primary duties will include:

- Performing pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assigned machines
- Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal productivity
- Identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborating with the production team to meet daily output goals and deadlines

To be successful in this position, you should have previous experience as a Machine Operator, along with a strong understanding of industrial machinery and equipment. Familiarity with quality control processes and the ability to work well in a team environment are also essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour,
