Job Title: Machine Attendant I
Location: Merrimack, NH – Onsite
We have immediate openings for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators. Stable company, lots of opportunity! Pay rate from $17.50-$20/hour depending one experience. 

1st Shift – Machine Attendant I
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:55 AM (ready to work by 7:00 AM) – 3:15 PM
2nd Shift 
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm 

3rd Shift – Machine Attendant I
  • Openings: 1
  • Hours: Monday–Friday 11pm-7 am
Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for monitoring one or more workstations at production machines to ensure proper handling, packaging, inspection, and quality of parts. This role supports safe and efficient production operations while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with customer quality expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Remove product from the machine; trim or clip parts as required
  • Package, weigh, and label products according to production specifications
  • Inspect all parts produced at the machine to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Use gauge pins or other measuring tools to verify dimensions against customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation
  • Report any quality issues immediately to the Shift Supervisor
  • Provide clear communication and training to the next shift as needed
Experience
  • Can be Entry-level; full training provided
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and understand Work Orders and Operator Responsibility Sheets
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
