Looking to jump start your career in the sheet metal industry? Join our team at a premier sheet metal company offering a temp-to-hire position with unbeatable benefits. We're searching for dedicated individuals to take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

 

- Manually inserting Helicoils

- Tapping holes on a manual milling machine

- Countersinking holes on a manual milling machine

- Utilizing an EDM machine to cut part number stamps

- Cutting metal bars to precise dimensions on both automatic and manual bandsaws

- Performing meticulous deburring of materials and parts using files, sandpaper, sandblasters, and other hand tools

 

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience reading calipers and a tape measure, ensuring the utmost precision in every task. Alongside technical skills, we require excellent attendance and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

 

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience and performance in our in-house interview. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, providing stability and work-life balance.
