Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to operate and oversee high-speed production equipment used in the manufacturing of healthcare and professional-use products. This role involves leading a small team, ensuring quality output, and maintaining safe and efficient production operations.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate high-speed production lines according to work instructions
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality production
  • Lead and work alongside a team of 3–5 employees
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance as needed
  • Complete quality and production documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and production goals
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous machine operating experience, preferably with high-speed equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work well with others and provide leadership on the production line
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
