Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator to safely and efficiently operate slitting and spooling equipment while meeting quality and customer specifications.
Second Shift openings - 2pm to 10 pm, Temp to Permanent 

Responsibilities include:
  • Operating and monitoring slitting machines during production
  • Setting up orders, performing changeovers, and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintaining equipment efficiency, quality standards, and accurate records
  • Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Working as part of a team to complete set changes on time
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic industrial math skills
  • Ability to learn computer-based machine controls
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • This position requires you to pass a security clearance which requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a pre-employment screening that includes a drug screen, background check, credit check, and employment verification.
