Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift & Weekend Shifts

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hands-on individuals to join our growing manufacturing team. This role offers the opportunity to learn specialized manufacturing processes with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate manufacturing machines
  • Follow detailed production processes and work instructions
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency
  • Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
  • Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanically inclined through work experience, hobbies, or technical interests
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass a Government Background Investigation (Public Trust Clearance)
