Machine Operator – Bakery Production (First and Second Shift)
Location: Andover, MA
Pay Rate: $17.50 -  $19.50 (depending on shift)
Shift Hours: 4:00 am - 12:30 pm for first shift; 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime)
About the Role
Step into a dynamic bakery production environment where your hard work and teamwork help deliver delicious results. We’re hiring a dependable Machine Operator who’s ready to take on a hands-on role operating essential equipment and supporting daily production goals.
 Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor machines
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP to maintain consistency and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry weights between 25–50 lbs regularly
  • Stand and walk on concrete floors throughout the shift
  • Perform frequent bending, twisting, and lifting tasks
