Your Role and Impact:
  • Transform raw materials into finished goods by expertly operating molding presses and equipment.
  • Follow job routings and instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every piece you create.
  • Prepare and handle various materials, including mixing liquid rubber, spraying molds, and precisely loading materials into presses.
  • Set up and operate molding presses, monitoring indicators and maintaining optimal performance.
