Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our first shift team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our production machinery, which will directly impact the quality and timely delivery of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain production machines to meet production goals.
  • Perform routine equipment setup and changeovers, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain food safety and prevent contamination.
  • Monitor product quality, identify defects, and take corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating machinery in a production environment is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to established operating procedures and protocols.
  • Strong understanding and commitment to food safety principles and GMPs.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
