Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: East Longmeadow
Schedule: 12-Hour Shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) or (8pm to 8am)
**Can be on-call basis, full time employment not required

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our production team. This position involves operating printing equipment, monitoring print quality, and stacking and organizing finished paper products. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor print production machinery to ensure efficient operation
  • Stack, organize, and prepare printed paper products for packaging or shipment
  • Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with loading materials and setting up equipment as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Communicate any mechanical or production issues to the supervisor promptly
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a print, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
  • Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour shift (8 AM – 8 PM) or 8 PM - 8 AM)
