Job Description

We are seeking a Machinist to support production by delivering high-quality machined parts and maintaining efficient shop operations. This role includes setup, troubleshooting, and providing backup support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Machine and fabricate parts/tooling from prints or without drawings
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes 
  • Repair or rebuild production tooling and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, including basic GD&T
  • Work with Engineering on prototypes and product testing
  • Design tooling/fixtures to improve efficiency
  • Create purchase requisitions for shop needs
  • Machine materials such as carbon, aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel alloys
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering on estimates and lead times
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred
  • Strong math skills (trigonometry and analytical geometry)
  • Blueprint reading required
  • CAD/CAM experience required
  • 2+ years technical training and 3+ years machining experience
