- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining complex industrial equipment, including: Industrial controls, steam boilers, hydraulic presses, hoists, motors, pumps, ovens, and safety controls. Experience with 480V 3-phase systems, machine controls, and steam trap troubleshooting and familiarity with VFD drives, PLCs, and relays.
- Proven ability to perform seal replacements, repair hydraulic presses, and maintain steam boiler systems.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of tools, including welding equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems, including steam and hydraulics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and team members.
- A proactive, independent work ethic with a strong team spirit.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy molds and maintain good physical condition.
- Strong manual dexterity, diagnostic abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
