Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform comprehensive repair and maintenance on a wide range of production equipment, from basic hydraulic systems to complex CNC machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct proactive preventive maintenance activities on all production equipment according to established schedules.
- Utilize the SAP maintenance module to accurately track all PM activities and generate work orders.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Perform facility-related maintenance tasks, including repairs, upgrades, painting, and general upkeep.
- Assist with installations and modifications as required.
- Technical Support:
- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to production operators during equipment malfunctions or downtime.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and equipment-related supplies.
- Organize and maintain a well-stocked and easily accessible spare parts inventory.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is a significant plus.

- Training on 1st shift
