  • Maintain the facility's wastewater treatment system in accordance with environmental regulations.
  • Complete preventative maintenance documentation and work orders.
  • Assist with snow removal and property maintenance as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout, confined space, welding safety, fall protection, and hazardous waste procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Serve as the primary maintenance resource during 2nd shift, supporting production personnel and toolmakers with equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, compressor, motor, crane, forklift, and production equipment.

  • Someone who is comfortable working independently after training.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with excellent mechanical aptitude.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of prioritizing maintenance issues on their own.
  • Team-oriented individual who communicates well with supervisors, production personnel, and toolmakers.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $29.50-$36.85/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
