Maintenance Technician (Plastic Injection Molding)
Job Description
Location: Lancaster, PA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Based on Business Needs)
Compensation: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on molding machines and robotics according to specifications.
- Regularly check and maintain heater bands, rings, screws, and barrels.
- Safely operate appropriate tools and equipment to remove, repair, and install parts.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding maintenance (required).
- Strong understanding of auxiliary, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, robots, and related systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
