Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician II
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team and help keep critical manufacturing equipment operating at peak performance. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines, shop equipment, conveyors, pumps, and related machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Diagnose issues with motors, relays, contactors, breakers, and other electrical components
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Support hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication system repairs
  • Follow all safety protocols and collaborate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams
  • Experience with hand and power tools and measuring instruments
  • Industrial technical certification preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience servicing CNC equipment such as Okuma, Nakamura-Tome, Bridgeport, Porta, or similar machines is highly valued.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 35 lbs regularly
  • Ability to climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work in tight spaces
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where safety glasses are required
