Job Description

Join our team as a self-motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician! You will play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and productive manufacturing environment. Collaborating with the Maintenance Department, Plant Manager, and Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational duties that keep our facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across all facility systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical. 
  • Analyze operating errors and equipment failures to determine root causes and implement effective solutions. 
  • Conduct routine daily checks of building systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, vacuum, nitrogen, compressed air, and lighting, to ensure operational readiness.
  • Perform routine daily rounds to confer with supervisors and machine operators, evaluating the operational condition of equipment in use.
  • Report all issues and observations to the Plant Manager to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Independently address and resolve minor mechanical or electrical problems. Escalate complex situations to the Plant Engineering Manager and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 Years or more of relevant vocational or technical training or equivalent work experience
  • Pneumatics Experience 2-5 years
  • Mechanical Maintenance: 2-5 years
  • Electrical Experience 2-5 years
  • Fabrication experience
  • Reliable Transportation (Required)
