Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support facility operations, including equipment repair, building maintenance, and safe operation of the Chemical Room. 
Starting Pay based on experience.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the Chemical Room in compliance with OSHA, HAZMAT, and safety standards
  • Perform glass chemical processing (pre- and post-etching) and evaluate materials
  • Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
  • Perform general building and outdoor maintenance (cleaning, mowing, upkeep)
  • Coordinate with vendors, order supplies, and recommend improvements
  • Safely work on ladders and assist with various maintenance projects

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and machine repair skills
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility for overtime
