Job Description

Our client, Fisher Engineering, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is critical to keeping high-performance manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, air, and gas systems.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and minimize unplanned downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems ranging from 480V 3-phase power to 24V control circuits using schematics and technical documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, OEM technicians, and vendors to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Accurately document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities while communicating equipment status across departments.
  • Maintain a strong safety-first culture by following OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout, PPE requirements, and all company policies.

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Overtime: May be required on Fridays based on business needs
