Job Description

Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: [Insert Location]
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our plant running at peak performance. You’ll handle equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to support a safe and efficient production environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibration checks
  • Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, boilers, laminators, and control systems
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and escalate when needed
  • Work independently and manage time effectively
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable using hand tools, meters, and testing equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work in hot/humid environments
  • Basic computer skills (email, reporting, etc.)
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday (with some weekend OT)
