Position Type: Temporary

First Shift 4/10s: Monday-Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm; off Fridays

or

First Shift Flex: Monday & Thursday 5:00am to 1:30pm; Tuesday & Wednesday 5:00 am to 2:30 pm; Friday 5:00 am to 11:00 am

                                 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections of products and components, identifying defects or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

 

 

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
  • Must pass backgrounds and drug screen.
  • Steel-toe shoes are required.
