We are seeking a skilled Microscope Soldering Technician with experience in technician and assembly roles, particularly in the realm of running tests and troubleshooting failures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soldering under a microscope, coupled with a proficiency in troubleshooting various technical issues. While experience in the medical device industry is valued, we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform testing, calibration, and repair of production machines and associated subassemblies according to written or oral specifications within specified timelines.
• Maintain a commitment to meeting or surpassing quality and efficiency standards in all tasks undertaken.
• Ensure the quality and operational integrity of work conducted, adhering closely to established standards.
• Interpret and understand schematics and blueprints essential for accurate calibration of machinery.
• Execute timely and precise testing and calibration procedures for all electronic subassemblies, meticulously documenting results.
• Develop and implement methods and processes for design, implementation, testing, and maintenance that align with the company's Quality Standards.

• BG/DT Required
• Previous experience in microscope soldering is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in technician and assembly roles, particularly in running tests and troubleshooting failures.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting various technical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain precise records of testing and calibration results.
