Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Group Leader to oversee a team of six employees in our Hardware Department within a precision sheet metal fabrication and assembly company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor or a manufacturing professional with strong leadership potential who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support production employees.
  • Promote a safe and productive work environment.
  • Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
  • Inspect work throughout the hardware installation process.
  • Monitor production schedules and help meet daily goals.
  • Train new employees and support team development.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Print reading experience required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Hardware installation experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
