Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
ISO Quality Awareness
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
Repair equipment per requests from production personnel
Work with vendors to order spare parts and repair equipment
Assist in Running Wastewater Filter System
Replace electric motors, belts, bearings, seals, and worn components on production equipment


Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude
Basic knowledge of computers
Ability to follow written instructions
Ability to utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers
Ability to work as a group or individually
Basic Blueprint reading
Ability to multitask and use hand power tools
Additional experience in the following areas a plus:
Plumbing
Electrical
Electronics Controls
Welding
Carpentry
Hydraulics
Machining
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift, carry, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Able to stand and or walk for extended periods of time
Able to tolerate repetitive motion of bending and twisting.
Able to tolerate repetitive hand, arm and shoulder motion.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
