Manufacturing Operations Manager
Job Description
Job Type: Direct Hire
- Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure targets are met.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Oversee machine setup, speed adjustments, and sampling to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Conduct daily production meetings to review performance and coordinate workflow.
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to resolve production issues.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental policies.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management (printing or related industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of printing machinery, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and quality control processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
