Manufacturing Operator (Levels I–III)
Fall River, MA
$20–$27/hour (based on experience)
 Full-Time | All Shifts Available | Weekends as Needed

Looking to grow your career in pharmaceutical manufacturing? Join a fast-paced production team supporting the manufacturing of metered dose inhaler (MDI) products in a cGMP-regulated environment.
This is a hands-on role with room for advancement, skill development, and exposure to multiple operational areas.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the manufacturing of MDI products following cGMP and SOP guidelines
  • Dispense raw materials and packaging materials per work orders
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
  • Perform in-process checks and complete batch documentation
  • Maintain clean, safe, and compliant production areas
  • Assist across operations including Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, and Facilities
  • Maximize output while maintaining strict quality standards
Experience Levels
  • Level I: 1 year of cGMP experience
  • Level II: 2–3 years of cGMP experience
  • Level III: 4–7 years of cGMP experience
(Compensation aligned to experience level.)
