Job Description

Immediately seeking a Manufacturing Operator, Entry-Level in the Jaffrey, NH area. This is a full time first shift position starting at $21.45/hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture quality products safely and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Quality and Safety Specifications and GMP standards
  • Safely operate a manufacturing process and monitor required inputs and outputs
  • Support proper line opening and line closing through material control and proper machine set up
  • Accurately complete documentation per GMP standards
  • Ensure a clean and orderly workspace
  • Proactive identification of safety, quality, and productivity concerns
  • Participate in sustainability efforts
  • Works under moderate supervision
Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of work experience
  • Must be able to write legibly and perform basic math
Hours: D Shift – Friday and Monday 7:00am-3:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm

Nicole Horan is the Regional Branch Manager for HW Staffing Solutions in Nashua, NH. In her position, she oversees the training and development of all office staff and the overall business operations including: client development and management, temporary staffing and recruiting and quality assurance initiatives. Nicole also ensures compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws. Nicole has worked in the temporary staffing industry since 2002, focusing on administrative/professional staffing as well as skilled manufacturing. She has been credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services as the legislative committee chair. In addition to her involvement in the staffing industry, serves on the Nashua Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Advocacy Committee.
