The Manufacturing Team Leader ensures that quality, safety, productivity, and cost improvement efforts are met by establishing shift goals and maintaining team focus, capitalizing on associates' skills, abilities, and differences to implement a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Team Leader is responsible for implementing manufacturing objectives, including staffing and WIP levels to optimize machine utilization and minimize operating cost. As the Manufacturing Team Leader, you will coordinate, coach, and facilitate team members in meeting quality, production, material usage, and cost standards and goals of the shift and plant, select and train associates, and administer employment wage policy, safety, health, attendance and production standards.

We are offering an annual salary of $85,000-$95,000, working 11:00am-11:00pm Saturday, Sunday, and 2 weekdays.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Five years of Supervisory experience required; manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Must have history of involvement in training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• AGS/Microsoft Office Applications experience
• Will be required to complete a Leadership Assessment which will be used in a behavior-based interview
