Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers on setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You'll leverage sophisticated tools and programs to collect and analyze data, conduct on-line adjustments, and help refine manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will contribute to experiments and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Perform setup, calibration, and rework tasks for manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct quality testing on parts, components, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Use advanced programs to collect, evaluate, and analyze operational data.
  • Make on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment as needed.
  • Assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with engineers to conduct experiments and improve processes.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong technical skills in setup, calibration, and quality testing.
  • Proficiency in using advanced software and tools for data collection and evaluation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soldering.
