Provide technical support to Manufacturing and R&D engineering in a team environment to work on development of novel lead and electrode assemblies. Essential Functions: To work on the assembly and testing, especially lead assemblies. Dry run and refine manufacturing processes of new lead design under guidance of manufacturing engineers. May develop or revise documents and procedures as needed. Carry out inspection and acceptance testing of components and subassemblies. Testing includes tensile, fatigue and materials testing to confirm design meets intended function. Develop or modify fixture designs to improve processes as well as equipment design and installation. Work on product development tasks with engineering guidance as needed. To keep a laboratory notebook as needed and provide documented results. Flexible approach to the working environment during the various stages of the project. Follow lab safety procedures and good documentation practices. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management.

* Will be working to develop processes for improving small parts through conducting of testing/petite testing and documenting the steps/data collection, fixture design and testing, communicating with R&D Team members, managers, engineers and other technicians, will be working with equipment to figure out parameters
