We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help grow our brand presence and connect with new clients.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and lead generation
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
- Highlight job opportunities, upcoming events, team highlights, and client success stories
- Network with event professionals, venues, and planners to foster new relationships
- Collaborate with the team to align recruiting and business development goals
- Occasionally assist with live events or client activations
- Background in marketing or communications (experience in events or staffing a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in creating content and managing platforms
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- A good eye for brand consistency and visual appeal
- Existing network in the event industry (venues, planners, vendors, creatives)
