Position Summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support marketing programs through CRM management, data maintenance, reporting, and campaign support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update CRM and marketing databases
  • Prepare and upload customer and lead lists
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
  • Support marketing campaigns and operations
  • Perform data quality checks and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of marketing, CRM, data entry, or administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
