Production and Industrial - Material Handler

$17-$18

 

Shift 8am-5pm EST

Summary:
Move and accommodate material in warehouse or move/accommodate to the production lines, point of use, shipping; Collected finished product to deliver into the shipping warehouse. Locate and process the material system as well as cycle count activities.

Job Description:
• Receiving and shipping as well as inventory control using our system
• Deliver material and components from warehouse to specific areas in production area.
• Responsible to collect finished product, line clearance and deliver it at the warehouse
• Transfer material and find location, change the on components of inventory discrepancies
• Preserve components identification during entire process
• In charge filling in checklist of the forklift and report and any failure or damage
• Make all proper transactions in our system of all the process execute physically from their shift or previous shift
• Good care of all the equipment/tooling or building installations in the plant.
• Make cycle counts according to the schedule
• Shoveling of material and accommodate pallets to improve storage
• Update KPI’s
• Participate on EHS trainings
• Execute their duties and activities respecting the EHS and employees integrity
• Participate on PPI activities
• Offload / Load materials from ad into trailers

Scope:
• Restrict Access to personnel from other areas
• Stop vehicles if any risk of accident
• Process In our system all transactions requested
• Storage materials, bin change if necessary
• Indicate any dress code violation in the plant
• Report activities that affect the environment (when applicable)
• Make proposals if any improvement to the Environmental Management System
