Job Description: We are seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This position will primarily focus on shipping and stock room responsibilities, with opportunities to engage in various warehouse functions such as receiving, returns, product packaging, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in material handling and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical activities related to unloading, storing, picking, labeling, packaging, and shipping materials.
• Assemble company products into complete packages, including software, medical or pharmaceutical products, PC boards, accessories, manuals, and data sheets.
• Conduct basic computer transactions/scans to manage materials effectively within the warehouse management system.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy according to site standards.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as lift tables, power jacks, and walk-behind forklifts.
• Provide support for production operations and customer requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data on spreadsheets and understand warehouse transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
