Job Description

Great opportunity for a norther MA client. Temporary to hire and great benefits upon permanent hire!

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products and materials.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
  • Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and regular inventory audits.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not always required).
