Job Description

Plastics Manufacturer founded in 1973 that involves the buying and selling scrap materials is looking to fill several positions on first and second shift. The company operates 24/7, 12 hours shift. Ideal candidates will perform the following duties:

  • Oversees the set up and operation of equipment and material used in the manufacturing of the product, handle job assignments, material labeling and other related duties
  • Assist with quality control issues and hold accountable for results
  • Oversee material to minimize waste
  • Process scrap material for recycling
  • Operate machinery and equipment according to factory guidelines
  • Operate forklift to move material and storage material within the facility
  • Set up, operate, work or tend various pieces of equipment

Job Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks and prioritize
  • Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly
