Job Description

Ideal candidates will perform the following duties:

Oversees the set up and operation of equipment, material use, job assignment, material labeling and other related duties

Assist with quality control issues and remains accountable for results

Oversees material to minimize waste

Process scrap material for recycling

Operate machinery and equipment according to factory guidelines

Operate forklift to move material

Set up, operate or tend various pieces of equipment

Demonstrated mechanical knowledge

Ability to manage multiple complicated priority/tasks

Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly

Simple math

Basic computer skills

Good command of the English language

Easy to train and quick learner

Able to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift objects up to 50 lbs

Able to pass pre-employment screening 

Forklift driving experience preferred - will train the right individuals
