Job Description

  1. Execute assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical devices.
  2. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with management.
  3. Prioritize safety and adhere to protocols during all operations.
  4. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
  5. Ensure product quality by adhering to standardized procedures.
  6. Collaborate with supervisors to monitor performance metrics and support divisional initiatives.

Job Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in a regulated industry.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Proficiency in utilizing electronic data collection systems and computer software.
  6. Ability to work effectively under supervision and in a team environment.
  7. Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
  8. Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.
