Job Description

We are seeking a Microelectronics Assembly Operator to join our team and ensure the highest standards in product assembly, inspection, and quality assurance.

Job Summary:
The Microelectronics Assembly Operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment used in microelectronics and semiconductor device assembly. This role involves meticulous handling of delicate components, quality assurance inspections, and maintaining process flow with attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.
  • Conduct inspection of die and packages in accordance with Military and Jedec standards using high- and low-power microscopes.
  • Follow defined specifications, reaction paths, and written or verbal instructions.
  • Use hand tools to process delicate products while ensuring component integrity.
  • Train other employees on basic equipment operations and assembly processes.
  • Maintain an organized, audit-ready workspace.
  • Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems for product tracking and data entry.

Job Requirements

 

  • Previous experience in microelectronics or semiconductor assembly is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using microscopes and precision tools for inspection and assembly.
  • Familiarity with Military and Jedec standards for inspection.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with delicate components.
  • Computer skills for data entry and product tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and collaborative work.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to work in a Clean room.
