Job Description

Join our team and play a vital role in crafting and maintaining essential rubber manufacturing tooling. As a Mold/Die Maker, you'll leverage your expertise to handle a diverse range of molds and dies, from basic to moderately complex, ensuring the precision and efficiency of our production processes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan and execute mold and die work.
  • Perform precise layouts, calculations, and machining operations to create and repair tooling.
  • Assemble, fit, and adjust mold and die components to ensure proper function.
  • Conduct try-outs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and repair machine shop equipment.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma/GED and equivalent trade knowledge (apprenticeship preferred).
  • 3-5 years of mold/die making experience.
  • Strong math, blueprint reading, and precision measurement skills.
  • Experience with machining operations, including NC equipment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Forklift License (or ability to obtain).
