Your Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan and execute mold and die work.
- Perform precise layouts, calculations, and machining operations to create and repair tooling.
- Assemble, fit, and adjust mold and die components to ensure proper function.
- Conduct try-outs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and repair machine shop equipment.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma/GED and equivalent trade knowledge (apprenticeship preferred).
- 3-5 years of mold/die making experience.
- Strong math, blueprint reading, and precision measurement skills.
- Experience with machining operations, including NC equipment.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Forklift License (or ability to obtain).
