What You'll Do:
  • Plan and execute precise setups of compression molding, preform, and trimming presses for rubber and silicon diaphragms.
  • Select, place, and align die/mold sets, and meticulously adjust machine settings for speed, pressure, temperature, and more.
  • Conduct routine machine checks, apply lubricants, and adjust/install safety devices.
  • Perform minor repairs, polish tools, and collaborate with engineers on tooling projects.
What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to understand and follow job instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to use vision to assess product quality.
  • Ability to wear required protective clothing.
