  • Flexible Hours: Part-time and full-time opportunities available on our 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 5:30 AM).

What You'll Do:
  • Operate multiple mold machines to melt and shape rubber, playing a crucial role in our production process.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer specifications.
  • Work with heated molding presses, preparing and assembling components, and meticulously following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work as part of a team, ensuring smooth production flow and meeting production targets.
Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Reading and interpreting customer orders to add specific materials.
  • Operating and starting up heated molding presses.
  • Spraying molds with lubricants and assembling components.
  • Inspecting finished products for cosmetic flaws and quality.
