Job Description

  • Set up and operate molding machines to produce plastic products.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired product output.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a molding machine operator in a plastic manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of molding machine operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
