Position Summary

This associate will be responsible for performing monogramming for customer orders being processed through the Direct-To-Consumer area.  This includes unpacking of vendor packaged product, performing the monogramming work, re-pressing the items and re-folding to complete the customer experience.

• Ability to perform precise and detailed work.
• Ability to maintain production standards.
• Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule in order to respond to needs of the business. Commit to working extended hours when required.
• Ability to learn and perform basic machine maintenance including oiling, cleaning, and threading functions
• Willing to work in all sections of the Returns Department and other Departments as needed based on the needs of the business.
• Learn all aspects of the Returns Department including keying/processing customer returns.
• Comply with safety standards to ensure a safe environment.

Ideal Candidates Should Possess:

• Technical skills: basic knowledge of computers; ability to perform accurate and detailed work using an automated monogram / embroidery machine
• Education: High school diploma
